車麸とひじきのしっとり煮

車麸でボリュームアップ

常備菜のようにちょっとしっかりした味付けの料理に、水で戻して小さめに切った車麸を加えます。
小さく切っても煮汁をしっかり含んでふっくら煮える車麸は、ひじき煮の中でも大きく活躍します。
思わず主役にしたくなるような一品です。
アレンジ：切干大根、切昆布

材料 （４人分）

車麸（戻したもの）
４枚
ひじき（戻したもの）
１５g
大豆水煮
３０g
ツナ缶（小/オイル）
１缶
にんじん
１/２
水
４００㏄～５００㏄
しょうゆ
大さじ３
砂糖
大さじ２～３

調理時間 ３０分（※車麸、ひじきを戻す時間を含まない）

作り方

  1. 車麸は水気を絞り８つくらいに切る。
    にんじんは千切りにする。
  2. 鍋にツナ缶を汁ごと入れて中火にかけ、ひじき、にんじん、大豆水煮を順番に加えて炒め合わせ最後に車麸を入れてざっくり炒め合わせる。
  3. 分量の水をひたひた程度注ぎ入れ、火を強めて煮立てる。
    沸騰したら火を弱めて、砂糖、しょうゆで調味して弱めの中火で時々混ぜながら、煮汁がほとんどなくなるまで煮る。
